what i think this quote is trying too say the you in order too have integrity these are some of the rules to following it. but if you have integrity you can get befits out of such as people think positive about you and people would like to be around you more.for example if you were offered drugs then you say then you say no that is having integrity. if you say yes and take the drug then that means you have less integrity.
