what i think this quote means is that you need to do what is right for yourself even if everyone is doing it for example if everyone is smoking then you need to know what is right and figure out what is right for yourself and sometimes others then that is what a CTR does. what CTW are the ones that do the smoking and then they not only get addicted they also get sick from it.so even when everyone is doing something is bad it is always better to do the right thing.
